    Setmore offers an integration with Freshsales which lets you automatically export new customer contacts to your Freshsales account. Learn more about freshdesk >

  • Can agents add or remove services via the plugin?​​

    No. Your agents can only view the available time slots and schedule appointments. To add or delete services and staff members, you’ll need to log in to your Setmore account.

  • ​​Can I view my full Setmore calendar in the plugin?

    No. The plugin displays a streamlined version of the Setmore Booking Page for your agents to schedule appointments for customers.
