  • What do I get when I create a Setmore account?

    When you sign up for a free Setmore account, you receive an appointment calendar that supports up to 4 staff profiles, automated email confirmations, and rescheduling and cancelation alerts. Your account also comes with an online Booking Page that enables you to accept customer appointments 24/7.

  • Do I need to provide a credit card number when I sign up?

    No. Creating an account is completely free and can be done in minutes. You only need to provide a credit card number when signing up for Setmore Pro or Team.

  • Can I cancel my account at any time?

    Absolutely. There’s no contract with a free Setmore account and you don’t need to provide a credit card to sign up. If you’re a Setmore Pro or Team user, you can cancel your subscription at any time during your billing period without penalty.

  • How much does Setmore cost?

    Setmore accounts are free to create and use. You can upgrade to Setmore Pro or Team at any time, and choose between a monthly billing cycle or an annual billing cycle.

  • What does Pro offer?

    With Setmore Pro, you can create two staff calendars with access to advanced scheduling features. These include text reminders, the Zoom integration, Stripe online payments, 2-way calendar syncs with Google and Office 365, and recurring appointments. You can also remove the Setmore branding from your Booking Page.

  • Can I upgrade at any time?

    Yes, upgrade to the Pro or Team version of Setmore from inside the app at any time

  • Do you offer discounts for nonprofits and charitable organizations?

    Yes, we offer special pricing on annual plans to organizations who provide supporting documentation (including 501c3 or charity register listings). Contact us for more information.

  • Do I need a website to book customers online?

    Not at all. Every Setmore account comes with an online Booking Page for you to display your services, availability, prices and contact info. You can use your Booking Page as a standalone website as it has its own customizable “.setmore” URL. Share its link across your website, Facebook, Instagram, emails and more, and let customers self-book appointments online.

  • Can I integrate Setmore with my existing website?

    Yes. You can either feature a ‘Book Now’ button on your website or embed your Booking Page in a pop-up. We provide a copy-paste code that you can add to any site page.

  • Can customers see other customers’ contact information when they book online?

    No. Customers only see your available time slots. Your appointment calendar is only available to you and select staff members when you log into Setmore. Customers cannot view other appointments in your calendar or contact details for anyone else booked in.

  • Does Setmore offer training to customers?

    All customers are invited to book a live demo with one of our onboarding experts when they sign up. Team Setmore is also available by call, email or chat 24/7, should technical assistance be required.

  • What kind of support does Setmore provide?

  • If I have a feature request, can a Setmore expert add it in?

    We’d love to offer new features in a snap. But, each feature and integration takes time to build. If you have a feature request, email us at morefeatures@setmore.com. We use your feedback to inform new ideas and partnerships. The more requests we receive for a particular feature, the more likely it’ll be created!

  • Can I be a reseller for Setmore?

  • Does Setmore have a mobile app?

    Yes, Setmore has a mobile app for both iOS devices (available on the App Store) and Android devices (downloadable from Google Play). Your appointments and customer details automatically sync across all devices in real-time. Appointments you book in your browser appear on your phone and vice versa. You can also set up push notifications to stay in the loop with your calendar on-the-go.

  • How do I set or check my account’s timezone?

    When you first sign up for Setmore, your account timezone is set automatically based on your device’s timezone settings. In some instances, your timezone could be affected if you’re travelling or by daylight savings. Verify your preferred timezone by going to Apps & Integrations > Your Booking Page (Configure) > Business Hours.

  • Can multiple staff members be added to my Setmore account?

    Yes. Setmore provides staff profiles so your team members can have their own calendars and Booking Pages. Each staff member has an individual login and access level. This can restrict access to certain parts of your account like settings or work hours. To enable staff logins, go to Settings > Staff. Learn more about adding staff profiles to your account >
